What's Included in the Cost?

There are two costs associated with assisted care, a onetime Refundable Entrance Fee* and a monthly assisted care service fee that covers the cost of utilities, maintenance, and care services. The most common monthly care package includes the following services:   

  • Choice of private room with half bath
  • Call response system
  • Access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day
  • Monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse
  • Meal service in the dining room
  • An enriching activities program
  • Daily bed-making
  • Weekly light housekeeping
  • One load of laundry weekly
  • Access to landscaped grounds and courtyards
  • Basic cable TV
  • An individualized assessment to identify the level of assistance and support necessary with activities of daily living

For individuals who are not current residents of the community, a onetime Refundable Entrance Fee* is required. This fee is $149,000.

The Assisted Care monthly service fee starts at $10,500.

*As per the residence and care agreement.

A: In most cases, your loved one can receive additional care without leaving the community. We offer assisted living, memory care, and long-term care right here on site.
