Erickson Senior Living Leadership

Chris became Ann’s Choice's executive director in 2012. He is a licensed nursing home administrator in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut. He earned his bachelor’s degree in health planning and administration and his master’s degree in health administration from Penn State University.

Tom has been a part of the Ashby Ponds leadership team since the community opened in 2008. He became executive director in 2023, after serving as an associate executive director. Tom holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Virginia Tech.

Bryan is a licensed nursing home administrator. He holds a master’s of business administration degree from the University of Illinois and a bachelor of science degree in health care administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Bryan joined Erickson in 2020 as associate executive director at Tallgrass Creek and became Avery Point’s executive director in 2024.

Tracie began her career in acute teaching hospitals, including Shock Trauma in Baltimore, Maryland. She is a licensed nursing home administrator with a master’s degree in speech-language pathology. In 2004, Tracie joined Erickson to assist with opening Brooksby Village’s continuing care neighborhood. After serving in several capacities at home office and Brooksby Village, she was named executive director in 2017.

Ryan began his career in senior living in 2007 as an Administrator in Training at Cedar Crest. After serving as associate executive director at Erickson Senior Living’s Lantern Hill community for nine years, he returned to Cedar Crest as executive director in January 2026. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in health policy and administration from Penn State University.

Don joined the Charlestown team in 2007 as director of sales and marketing. He became the community’s associate executive director in 2021 and was promoted to executive director in 2023. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Brad has extensive experience in the senior living industry and at Erickson. He has a master’s degree in management of aging services from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a master’s degree in business management from Notre Dame of Maryland University.

Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Governors University. He joined Erickson in 2000, as the director of dining services at Ashby Ponds and was promoted to associate executive director in 2012. In 2015, he became the executive director at Eagle’s Trace.

Ashley has an extensive background in senior living operations, strategic planning, and long-term care. She became associate executive director of Fox Run in 2018. In 2019, she received Erickson Senior Living’s prestigious Leader of the Year award.

Karyn earned her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in Alameda, California and is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Virginia. Karyn served as Greenspring’s associate executive director before being promoted to executive director in 2025.

Matt joined Erickson in 2005 and has served in various roles throughout the organization. Previously, he held leadership positions in accounting and finance in the public and private sectors. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University and holds a CPA designation.

Todd received his bachelor’s degree in business and health care administration from Springfield College and his master’s degree in business from Seton Hall University. He is a licensed nursing home administrator. Todd began his Erickson career in 2005 as an operations associate at Cedar Crest and held executive leadership roles at Brooksby Village, Avery Point, Cedar Crest, and Seabrook before being named Lantern Hill’s executive director in 2024.

Jim joined the Linden Ponds team in 2011 and became executive director in 2016. Previously, he served as vice president of health services for the Masonic Health System of Massachusetts. Jim has a master’s degree in business administration from Assumption College.

Chad began his Erickson Senior Living career in 2017. He served as associate executive director at Erickson’s Ann’s Choice and Maris Grove communities before being promoted to Maris Grove executive director in 2025. Chad holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from Algonquin College.

Mark began his Erickson Senior Living career in 2011 as associate executive director and has served as Oak Crest’s executive director since 2016. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Towson University.

Dee Dee received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her master’s degree in business administration from American University in Washington, D.C. She has been Riderwood’s executive director since 2022, after serving as associate executive director for 5 years.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Delaware and a master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University. She is a licensed clinical social worker and a certified assisted living administrator. Jennifer began her Erickson career in 2003 as a social worker. She became executive director of Seabrook Village in 2022, after serving as associate executive director for over 4 years.

Mike holds both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business administration from Kent State University in Ohio. He joined Erickson in 1995 as director of health services at Charlestown and was subsequently promoted to associate executive director at Oak Crest. He then served as Fox Run’s executive director for 18 years, until becoming Siena Lakes’ executive director in 2021.

Adam has served in various roles throughout the Erickson organization. He joined the Tallgrass Creek team in 2022. Adam holds a bachelor's degree in health care management from Towson University in Maryland and is a licensed nursing home administrator.

Prior to joining Erickson in 1998, Will served at Prison Fellowship Ministries and in the George H. W. Bush administration. He received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Auburn University and his master’s degree in business administration from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland.

Craig has served as the executive director of Wind Crest since the community opened in 2007. He received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Virginia and his master’s degree in business administration in finance from the Wharton School of Business.

Michael has been with the Erickson organization for over 17 years. Before becoming executive director of Windsor Run in 2023, he served as associate executive director of Fox Run in Michigan. He has a bachelor’s degree in health care management and a master’s degree in health care administration.

Melissa is a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Gardner Webb University and a master’s degree in health administration from Pfeiffer University. In 2018, she began her Erickson Senior Living career as the associate executive director at Greenspring. In 2022, she was promoted to executive director, a role she held until being named executive director at Woodleigh Chase in 2025.
